When Patrick Flynn opened his law practice, he did so with one goal in mind – to provide the best service possible. And since 2007, when it first began operations under its original name ‘Flynn Law,’ the firm has been doing just that! With over 1,000 closings per year, there’s no doubt about how successful they’ve become while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards across all departments, including staff expertise (120 years combined).

Patrick has built a firm with the best paralegals in the area and carefully chosen technology and systems. The result is a more efficient process that leads to faster closings. Before and at the closing table, he’s always prepared and ready to deliver. One of Patrick’s goals is to make the agents and lenders he works with look like rock stars!

He also enjoys tinkering with his 1967 Chevelle and playing golf and pickup hoops. And he gives back by donating his time and resources to a variety of community groups.

Kristen Phillips

Kristen Phillips, a Real Estate Attorney with 16 years of experience in the title and closing industry, started at Res/Title, where she managed five offices. Her multifaceted resume includes expertly handling transactions in ten states.

Kristen is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York, where she attended Wells College with a major in political science. After college, Kristen moved to Massachusetts and worked in a small law firm before going to Suffolk University Law School.

Kristen’s work is all about being dependable and responsive. She values honesty, integrity, attention to detail – everything that goes into delivering an exceptional client experience.

Kristen loves exploring new parts of the world, often traveling to discover new regions. She loves traveling locally around Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes. Additionally, Kristen plays with a trivia team weekly (and almost always wins), and she loves to host game nights with friends. And she is a big fan of Formula1 racing!

Her two dogs, Oliver and Cleo, are her world, and they can often be found napping in her home office. Because dogs are a big part of her life, Kristen enjoys giving back to local dog rescue organizations. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for seven years now, and she truly enjoys being a devoted attorney, dog mom, and traveler.

Ivania Nicole Rosario

Ivania is a Rhode Island Title Agent with Flynn Law and a Massachusetts Realtor. Her dedication to her clients is unparalleled. She has been working in the real estate industry for seven years, with two of those as a licensed title agent with Flynn Law and an Anna Maria College alma mater! Her extensive knowledge combined with an eye-catching personal style makes it easy to see why she would be so successful.

Ivania enjoys the rewarding feeling when her clients are both thankful and pleased with her services. Integrity and respect are two of her most important core values, which she eagerly demonstrates in her personal and professional life. In her free time, Ivania enjoys fashion and event production. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, and she can’t wait to assist you with your next real estate transaction.

Frank Lombardi

Frank is a successful real estate attorney who knows what it means to go above and beyond for his clients. He has a law degree from Quinnipiac College and has held his Massachusetts attorney’s license since 1999. He joined our firm because he was excited to work with existing staff and use his expertise in other jurisdictions. 

His father and grandfather were his greatest professional influences, teaching him that you can be successful and honorable at the same time. Frank strives to uphold this respectable reputation, and he takes great pride in maintaining honest, ethical transactions. 

When Frank isn’t busy at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, going hunting, and sailing. He also has a cute Beagle named Lexi. Frank is excited to bring his accessibility, efficiency, and charming personal touch to the table each day – to go to work for you.

Fernanda Chamorro

Fernanda Chamorro, the AVP of Business Development at Flynn Law, is passionate about her work. She values building relationships and enjoys offering services to Spanish-speaking clients. Fernanda knows that careful listening is important when nurturing relationships, and she looks for unique opportunities to do that every day.

Fernanda is originally from Columbia, where she graduated as a lawyer. She earned a Bachelor of Law at Universidad Incca de Colombia in Bogotá in 2006 and then a Diploma in General Insurance at INS Fasecolda in 2011. She attended a Civil Law Seminar at Universidad La Gran Colombia in Bogotá in 2018. She has 14 years of experience in the legal industry, working with three different firms in her home country. Currently, she is obtaining her Paralegal Certificate at Middlesex Community College here in the United States.

In her free time, Fernanda enjoys walking and traveling. She also loves to sip on a good cup of coffee, often visiting new coffee shops around the area. She loves music, dancing, and baking as well. Fernanda enjoys learning new things, thinking on her feet, and connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds, both inside and outside the office.

Deryn Donovan

As the Vice President of Business Development for Flynn Law, Deryn knows that relationships are key to building trust with clients – after all, it’s about connecting! She has an excellent fit in her role because she inspires others while growing teams.

Additionally, Deryn owns a bridal shop, a dream come true for her. She loves to watch brides cherish the tender moments and have happy memorable experiences.

Deryn enjoys spending time with her three dogs, Kennedy, Jackie, and Teddy, when she’s not working. She is also engaged to be married in April. Deryn strives to be everyone’s biggest cheerleader, and she is excited to continue connecting with people through Flynn Law.

Jacklyn Packard

Attorney Packard is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. Her practice areas include real estate conveyancing and housing court litigation. She utilizes experience from both large and small firms to assist her clients with even the most complex matters. Attorney Packard is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association, and Hampden County Bar Association. A native to the Worcester area, she grew up in a small town northwest of Worcester and is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy. She continues to live in Worcester County with her husband, son, and their two dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking, and skiing.
